No Refund Policy

At Aloha Solar Care, we strive to provide high-quality services, accurate assessments, and professional solar panel cleaning, maintenance, and care. By using our services, you agree to the following No Refund Policy:
1. All Sales and Services Are Final
Payments made for any Aloha Solar Care service—including cleaning, inspection, maintenance, consultation, or add-on services are non-refundable, whether fully or partially.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed (online or on-site), the transaction is final.
2. Service Satisfaction
We stand by the quality of our work. If you believe a service was not performed according to the agreed scope, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We will review your concern and, if necessary, schedule a free re-service to correct the issue.
Please note: a re-service is not a refund.
3. Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule:
Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled at no cost.
Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or inability to access the property will not be eligible for refunds or service credit.
4. Weather and Safety Delays
If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent us from completing a service, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
No refunds will be issued.
5. Digital Products or Online Payments
Any digital materials, guides, warranties, or online booking fees are also non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without a valid reason violates our service agreement.
We reserve the right to:
Dispute all chargebacks, and
Decline future service to clients who file fraudulent disputes.
7. Acceptance of This Policy
By booking a service, submitting payment, or interacting with Aloha Solar Care, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy.
